IRC Somalia – Mogadishu Office

The International Rescue Committee, hereinafter referred to as “the IRC”, is a non-profit, humanitarian agency that provides relief, rehabilitation, protection, resettlement services, and advocacy for refugees, displaced persons and victims of oppression and violent conflict. With the funding of different donors, IRC has been working in Somalia since 2007, providing essential services to conflict and disaster affected communities in Mudug, Banadir, Nugal Galgadud and Bay regions.

The intent of this Request for Quotation (RFQ’) is to secure competitive bids and proposals to select a baseline consultancy firms, for the IRC Somalia Program in Mogadishu office to provide the following services:

Interested and suitably qualified consultancy firms can access and download the Bid documents from advert website www.somalijobs.org. Duly filled and completed Technical and Financial Bid documents shall be submitted in one email to SO-procurement@rescue.org.

Deadline for submission of bids is 26th March 2025 by 11.30pm East African Time. Late submission of bids will not be accepted.

IRC is not bound to accept the lowest priced bid or any bid that is submitted.

Any form of canvassing will lead to automatic disqualification.
