INVITATION FOR BID OF SUPPLIES

Introduction:
The Ministry of Agriculture and Irrigation (MoAI) has the mandate of overall management and institutional coordination of agriculture development and resources for sustainable food security, reduction of poverty and improved livelihood for Puntland population. It is also mandated to establish an enabling environment that will encourage, facilitate and promote agriculture, value-addition, and agriculture business opportunities.
The agriculture sector constitutes the backbone of the local economy. Together with the closely linked environmental sector, agriculture has a crucial role to play in Puntland’s renewed pursuit to achieve sustainable economic growth through, among other strategies, effective natural resources management, food security and job creation.
Ministry of Agriculture and Irrigation is implementing multi-year agricultural project hydroponic skills training Centre in Garowe and is inviting all suitable qualified and experienced professional service providers to apply part of the agreed amount for this grant to payments under the contract for supply and delivery of below material.

SCOPE:
Conqor, Bari Puntland Somalia is main to strengthen the capacity and skills of farmers and agrobusiness communities staying there.
Activities:
All vendors must consider the following activities as well
- Procurement of greenhouse installation and setup
- Procurement of wheeled motorized machine and home garden tools
The Puntland Ministry of Agriculture and Irrigation now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for Supply and delivery of above item.
Bidding will be conducted through the Open Competitive Bidding (National) and all interested eligible Bidders may submit their information via procurement@moai.pl.so.
Additional notes:
- All bidders should be registered from the Ministry of Agriculture, Puntland Tender Board and One Local Municipality.
- Taxes clearance certificate should be attached
- Company profile with traceable references should be attached.
- Bids received after the published closing date will not be considered and will not be opened.
All vendors must submit all required documents and profiles latest 20th July 2025 at 11:30 Am through following email.
