Scope of Work
The supplier will be responsible for the following:
Supply and transportation of Animal Fodder- Sorghum (25KG Sacks) for Animal Feed Use.
- Product Specifications:
- Product: Sorghum grain (25KG Sacks)
- Intended Use: Animal fodder (livestock feed)
- Packaging: 25KG durable sack (woven polypropylene or similar)
- Form: Whole or crushed (supplier to specify)
- Purity: Minimum 98% (free from stones, dust, and foreign matter)
- Moisture Content: Maximum 14% (to prevent spoilage
- Shelf Life: At least 6 months under proper storage conditions
- How to Apply
The interested companies can apply for the tenders as follows
- Applicant should send an Expression of Interest Letter indicating their interest by Emil
- The Email Subject Line should indicate the location, written as follows

Submission Process
Interested and qualified companies must send the Expression of Interest Letter to srcs.galkayo@gmail.com . SRCS will share the Request for Quotation (RFQ/RFP) and other tender documents with requested companies only.
