Tadamun Social Society (TASS) is a national Relief and Development agency with cross- sectorial programs bridging relief and development assistance and program services to vulnerable communities.

Tadamun Social Society (TASS), is hiring one  vehicle (Land cruiser) Bari  for a period of 12 months. The vehicles will support RASS Project  Promoting Equitable access to quality education for school-age children in Puntland –Funded by UNHCR

Proposals must be in English. Proposal must be delivered from  16 Dec 2023– 25 Dec 2023  between 08.30am to 03.30pm at TASS offices in Bosaso, North of international Village Hotel , TASS office Gardo main road front Golis , TASS office in Garowe   east of Magfira Mosque jidka 30ka road and TASS Ofiice Galkio main road near Golis .

DOCUMENT REQUIREMENTS:

The bids without the following documents will not be accepted and it will be totally disqualified.

1. Completed Vehicle Application Form
2. Copy of company registration or owner ID/passport.
3. Copy of Logbook /Vehicle Registration Certificate.
4. Copy of last vehicle road tax clearance
5. Copy of driving license
6. Copy of driver ID

Please note the following:

Interested bidders are invited to collect a complete set of Supplier Registration Forms documents in visiting the TASS offices in Bosaso, North of international Village Hotel , Gardo main road front Golis , in Garowe east of Magfira Mosque jidka 30ka road and Galkio Main road near Golis , 16 Dec 2023– 25 Dec2023  between 08.30am to 03.30pm.

Completed and sealed bids indicating tender reference numbers on the sealed envelopes are to be submitted into tender box will placed in TASS offices in Bosaso, North of international Village Hotel , TASS office Gardo main road front Golis , TASS office in Garowe   east of Magfira Mosque jidka 30ka road and TASS Ofiice Galkio main road near Golis .

Late bids shall be rejected. Bids containing other external markings that can identify the vendor or addressed to individuals will be automatically disqualified.

Please note that TASS is not bound to accept any or all bids and may decide at its sole discretion to reject any or all bids without offering any explanation.
