INVITATION TO TENDER: TENDER FOR SUPPLY OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY AND ELECTRONIC EQUIPMENTS FOR GOVERNMNENT MINISTRIES IN BAIDOA AND KISMAYO, SOMALIA TENDER NO: 91187986

The Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH is implementing technical cooperation measures on behalf of the Government of the Federal Republic of Germany.

As part of this project, the GIZ project intends to procure goods to support the achievement of its project goals. The scope of work is to: Supply of Information Technology and Electronic Equipment for Government Ministries in Baidoa and Kismayo, Somalia

Tender eligibility criteria

To qualify for consideration in the tender procedure, interested companies are required to submit the following information and documents for eligibility assessment:

1. Legal business entity incorporated in Somalia with annual license for the past 2years. Registered business name to be submitted as proof and valid operating license from Ministry of Commerce and Industry from Federal Government of Somalia must be provided.
2. Proof of Handling at least 2 similar assignments (IT and electronic equipment) of at least USD 50,000 per assignment. Copies of LPOs/Contracts etc. to be submitted as proof.
3. Company Profile
4. Valid Tax Compliance Certificate
5. In the case of the Tender submitted by a Joint Venture specify the name of the Joint Venture as Tenderer and attach the agreement or memorandum of association to this venture.
6. Provide the company annual turnover with a minimum of USD 150,000 for the past two years starting from the latest financial year. Audited financial statements signed by the auditor and the directors to be provided i.e. for 2023 and 2024.

NOTE:

• Only eligible candidate will receive tender documents for submission of proposals.
• Failure to meet the deadline will lead to automatic disqualification.
