To be considered for the financial evaluation, bidders must submit the following:

1. Valid business registration certificate from Southwest state or Federal government.
2. Valid tax clearance certificate.
3. Provide 2 similar contracts with accumulative value of 10,000 USD & above.
4. Recomendation letter from the Mininstry of Livestock southwest state.
5. Site visits will be conducted to confirm physical presence of the supplier.

NB: The status of vaccination will be confirmed at the time of delivery.
