TITLE: PROVISION OF HOTEL SERVICES & CONFERENCE PACKAGE FOR ADAPTIVE AGRICULTURE AND
RANGELAND REHABILITATION PROJECT (A2R2).

1. The SADAR DEVELOPMENT AND RESILIENT INSTITUTE has received financing from the
   International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD) and intends to apply a part of the proceeds to
   the financing of this procurement. The use of any IFAD financing shall be subject to IFAD’s approval,
   pursuant to the terms and conditions of the financing agreement, as well as IFAD’s rules, policies and
   procedures. IFAD and its officials, agents and employees shall be held harmless from and against all
   suits, proceedings, claims, demands, losses and liability of any kind or nature brought by any party in
   connection with Adaptive Agriculture and Rangeland Rehabilitation (A2R2)
2. The Adaptive Agriculture and Rangeland Rehabilitation Project (A2R2). is an IFAD funded project to
   enhance the climate resilience of poor rural households in Somalia through sustainable natural
   resources management on multiple levels: improved water resources and rangelands management;
   eco-agriculture and climate-proof livelihoods; forest/habitat rehabilitation; improved governance,
   income, food and nutrition security and information systems for land degradation and biodiversity.
3. This tender is composed of Five lots as follows.
   • LOT 1 – Conference Packages for Project Trainings in Galmudug State – Galkacyo
   • LOT 2 – Conference Packages for Project Training in Southwest State – Baidoa District
   • LOT 3 – Conference Packages for Project Training in Hirshabelle State – Beletwein
   • LOT 4 – Conference Packages for Project Training in Bardere District.
   • LOT 5 – Conference Packages for Project Training in Kismayo District.

   bidding document.

1. This IFB is open to all eligible bidders who wish to respond. Subject to restrictions noted in the bidding
   document, eligible entities may associate with other bidders to enhance their capacity to successfully
   carry out the procurement.
2. Bidding documents can be obtained by sending an e-mail or letter, giving full contact details of the
   bidder, to the following point of contact. This will ensure that the bidders receive updates regarding
   this bidding document.

3. Well printed bids, properly bound and presented in Two (2) copies, one of which is the original must
   reach at the address mentioned above no later than
   • LOT 1 – 9/04/2026 at 1000 hrs EAT.
   • LOT 2 – 9/04/2026 at 1100 hrs EAT.
   • LOT 3 – 9/04/2026 at 1200 hrs EAT.
   • LOT 4 – 9/04/2026 at 1300 hrs EAT.
   • LOT 5 – 9/04/2026 at 1400 hrs EAT. Late bids will be rejected.
4. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend online on.
