Ministry of Justice, Constitution, Religious Affairs, and Rehabilitation(MOJCRAR) invites interested bidders to submit tenders for Rapid Assessment of FGM/C Prevalence in Urban Puntland, Somalia
Bidders should prepare their submissions according to the requirements in this Invitation to Tender (ITT). All tenders must be submitted by the deadline.

Bidders must deliver hard copies of their documents to the Ministry Headquarters. Please make sure that all submissions are complete and meet the requirements for the evaluation process.

Required Requirements
- Company registration details and contact information.
- Valid Tax Clearance Certificate and Certificate PNB certificate
- Demonstrated experience (minimum 10 years) in conducting research, assessments, mapping exercises, surveys, and data collection studies.
- Proven experience in implementing similar projects, particularly related to Female Genital Mutilation/Cutting (FGM/C), Gender-Based Violence (GBV), women’s protection, and social research.
- At least three references from previous clients for similar assignments.
