The Ministry of Women Development and Family Affairs (MOWDAFA) invites interested bidders to submit tenders for Development of National digital Plat form for social workers and Vocational Skill.

Required Requirement

- Certificate of Ministry of Commerce
- Demonstrated experience (minimum 5 years) in developing secure, multi-user online platforms.
- Relevant experience with similar projects, preferably in a governmental or nonprofit context.
- Evidence of expertise in data privacy and protection, particularly for sensitive populations.
